Dino Dini (born June 5, 1965) is a computer game developer specializing in football games. He was not a football fan himself, but publisher ANCO simply asked him one day to make a football game and he took on the task. Dini is noted for being the creator of two successful sports game brands: Kick Off and Player Manager. These award-winning games1 were popular in the 16-bit era, when Kick Off battled Sensible Soccer in the gaming charts.

Later career

Dini worked also in on a new football game to be published by Microprose from 1995 to 1996. In 1996, Dini moved to the United States and returned to England five years later in April 2001 to work with his new development company, Abundant Software.

Dini was working with DC studios personnel on site at Bristol on the abortive soccer game code-named "Soccer 3" and later called Total Control Football until the summer of 2005. Dini has since worked as a contractor together with other companies on a government funded project. He is currently a lecturer at the IGAD faculty of NHTV Vocational University in Breda, Netherlands, teaching Game Programming.
